You are bidding on a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT. This vehicle is used and has a LOW-MILEAGE odometer reading of 35,537 miles.
NOTE: this is a 5-speed manual -- ideal for driving/racing enthusiasts!

I am the ORIGINAL OWNER of this car, and a FULL MAINTENANCE RECORD is available for the purchaser. I own the title and it
is available for immediate delivery. No waiting for the title to become available!

This is a GT, so it includes the premium package -- fully loaded!!! This means the 3.0 liter V6 engine, alloy 17" wheels, the 6-CD changer
w/cassette, the dual front/side airbags, premium 7-speaker system, anti-lock brakes, sport suspension, power windows and locks, A/C,
and the power driver's seat. And let's not forget the LEATHER interior, which is polished and in very good shape.

I am not a used car dealer, I am a private seller offering you a truly clean, well-maintained vehicle. So skip the overpriced dealer prices
and buy from an honest person like yourself, and get a better price.

EXTRAS:

ALPINE CD player/radio. This thing is way better than the Infinity system that comes with the car. The original factory stereo is
STILL AVAILABLE and I'll include it in the sale. In addition, this Alpine unit is WIRED for AI-net ready and amplifier-ready. Just buy
an Alpine AI-net CD changer and/or additional amp and you're all set -- the wires are there for you to connect (carefully sealed and
maintained out-of-sight in the trunk). You won't have to get a professional to take the car apart to run wires! I even have the original
instructions for the Alpine.

An original-Mitsubishi black nosemask. It's got some wear on the bottom but as you can see from the photo, it's still in good shape
and gives the car a nice look.

TWO brand-new tires. They are identical to the ones that come with a brand new Eclipse Spyder GT. The other two are well within
their mileage lifetime and do not need immediate replacement.

4 wheel locks. Each wheel has a lug nut replaced with a wheel lock and the key for the wheel locks is in the plastic tool bag in the
trunk. The locks have a lifetime warranty and are in great shape. A great way to protect those nice 17” rims.

A nice rain/weather-resistant tarp. Fits very well and works very well.

Vehicle Condition

I will say again: I am the ORIGINAL OWNER of this car, and a FULL MAINTENANCE RECORD is available for the purchaser.

This car has NEVER BEEN SMOKED IN and features a near-flawless interior and exterior. More specifically:

The mechanical condition of this car is absolutely flawless -- it runs perfectly, the brakes are good, there are no leaks, there are no
strange knocking sounds, nothing. All the electrical components (A/C, lights, automatic convertible top, stereo, etc.) work flawlessly. The fuel
economy is about as good as it was when the car was new. Acceleration is like-new; powerful and clean. All of this is because the mileage is
LOW. So you can feel more reassured that this car has not been worn down.

EXTERIOR: Pretty amazing for a 2001 vehicle. There is nothing but very normal and light wear and tear from normal use. The paint is
glossy, there are no notable scratches, there are ABSOLUTELY no dings and dents and no chipped paint or rust. The car is covered with a
tarp when not in use, this is why it's in great shape.

INTERIOR: The leather interior is very very nice and is polished for your delivery. No scratches or tears. Seat belts retract nicely and work
well. All instruments, lights, gears, etc. work perfectly. So do the interior lights. Glove box is clean. Carpets are clean and show very little
wear. The dashboard is unfaded, clean, polished, and undamaged.

GLASS: All glass is in great shape. No cracks. The front and rear defrosters work great. Power windows retract and pull up perfectly.

CONVERTIBLE TOP: Undamaged, perfectly weather-tight, clean, NOT FADED. Retracts and stows perfectly. Even nicer when you use
the boot. The boot cover used when the convertible top is retracted is also in great shape and is included.

SPECIFIC WEAR: There is basically no damage to the interior. On the exterior, there are a couple of dark smudges near the door jambs.
These are not permanent. They're not noticeable and can be buffed away if you want. The right-side mirror's exterior paint has been touched
up a bit in a small spot. There are a few VERY THIN and not noticeable scratches on the hood. You'll be hard-pressed to find them. :)
Normal brake dust/salt/weather wear is present on the wheels, but minor. There is no rust on them. They have some slight black smudges
on them resulting from normal driving; these are also not permanent and can be removed with the proper solvent if you really want. However,
because the wheels still look nice and shine, you most likely will find this unnecessary. Overall, this car is in amazing condition, honestly. Some
wear and tear is normal, and there is nothing here that is problematic or that will cause you to have to recondition the car.

Terms of Sale

PAYMENT: Within 48 hours of the close of auction, a non-refundable $500 deposit is due from the winner. I will accept PayPal for this.
Within 6 days, the balance is due, cashier's/bank check ONLY. If you prefer, you can send a cashier's check for the full amount right away.

TAKING DELIVERY:This is completely up to you. You can come pick it up (CALL and make arrangements), or you can arrange for a car
shipping service to deliver it to you. If you come in person, you can bring the check with you if you haven't already sent it. I'll hand you the title,
keys, and all paperwork on the spot. If you want it shipped, I will fully cooperate with your arrangements, and I'll mail you the title via certified
mail, AFTER your check has been received.

TITLE: I own the title and it's ready to be signed over to you. Depending on your method of delivery, you can either get the title in person
when you pick the car up, or get it in the mail if you get the car shipped. In all cases, the title can NOT be surrendered until full
payment has been received.

WARRANTY: The basic 3-year/36,000 mile basic warranty has expired, but anticorrosion and powertrain remain covered under the
Mitsubishi 5-year/60,000 subsequent-owner plan.
